Microneedling improves texture and softens scarring gradually over a course, but it will not erase deep scars or lines completely or replace lost volume, and a clinic that promises a total transformation is overselling it. Results are never guaranteed. A responsible practitioner assesses your suitability honestly and will tell you when another treatment, or none, is the better choice.
