What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through a form on this site. That can include your name, email address, the city and treatment you are interested in, your enquiry type, and the content of your message. We do not ask for, and you should never send us, medical records or sensitive health details.
How forms are processed
Our contact, enquiry and newsletter forms are processed by Formspree, Inc., which receives your submission and forwards it to our inbox. Formspree processes the data on our behalf as a service provider; see Formspree's own privacy terms for details of their handling.
Cookies and analytics
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not sell behavioural profiles. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and, only if you ask, to introduce you to clinics you have expressed interest in.
- To send you a resource you requested (for example, the buyer's checklist) and, if you opted in, occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To operate, secure and improve the directory.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your enquiry with a clinic unless you have asked us to connect you with that clinic.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights, which we honour.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to help you and to keep proper business records, then delete it.
