Cost guide · Profhilo

How much does Profhilo cost?

A clear, honest look at what you can expect to pay, what makes the number move, and why the lowest quote is rarely the smartest choice with an injectable. All figures are indicative ranges, not fixed prices.

Per session

£250 to £450

United Kingdom, indicative

Starting course of two

£450 to £850

United Kingdom, indicative

Per session

$600 to $1,000

United States, indicative

These ranges are gathered from published clinic pricing and reflect typical figures rather than quotes. Your clinic should confirm the exact cost in writing before you proceed.

What you are paying for

A course, not a single visit

Profhilo is designed as a starting course of two sessions about four weeks apart, then a maintenance session roughly every six months. When you compare prices, compare like for like. A tempting single session price means little if the clinic expects you to return, so it helps to think in terms of the full first year rather than one appointment. Some clinics price the two session course as a package at a small saving, while others charge per session.

What moves the price

Five things that shift the number

The practitioner

An experienced doctor, dentist or nurse prescriber typically charges more than a less qualified injector, and that expertise is part of the safety you are buying.

The city

Prime districts in major cities carry higher overheads, which is reflected in the price. The same treatment often costs less outside the centre.

Areas treated

Adding the neck or hands alongside the face uses more product and time, raising the total beyond a face only treatment.

Packages and maintenance

Course bundles and loyalty pricing can lower the effective cost, while the ongoing maintenance session is an expense to plan for.

The clinic setting

A fully regulated medical clinic with proper consultation, records and aftercare costs more to run than a pop up, and it shows in the fee.

Value versus cheapest

Why the lowest quote can cost more

Profhilo is an injectable medical treatment, and the person holding the needle matters more than any saving. A very low price can signal a less qualified injector, a rushed appointment, diluted or improperly stored product, or a setting that is not equipped to manage a complication. None of those are worth a modest discount on your face.

Better value is a fair price from a qualified practitioner who gives you an unhurried consultation, uses genuine product, keeps proper records and is contactable afterward. If a quote sits well below everything else you have seen, treat that as a prompt to ask why, not simply to book.

Good to know

Always ask whether the price includes both sessions of the starting course, and what a maintenance session will cost later. That gives you the true first year figure to compare.
