Cost guide

Chemical Peels cost

Chemical peel pricing covers a wide span, because the word peel describes everything from a gentle lunchtime refresh to a serious medical procedure. The figures here are indicative and meant to set expectations, not to quote any single clinic.

What you can expect to pay

The clearest driver is depth. Superficial peels using gentler acids cost the least and are usually bought as a short course. Medium depth peels cost more per session and are done less often. Deeper peels are specialist procedures priced well above the rest and are uncommon.

City and clinic standing matter too. Expect to pay more in major capitals and at medically registered clinics with experienced practitioners, which is often where the value sits.

Superficial peel, single sessionaround 60 to 150 pounds
Superficial course of several sessionsaround 300 to 700 pounds
Medium depth peel, per sessionaround 150 to 400 pounds or more
Deep peel, specialist procedurepriced individually, significantly higher

Figures are indicative ranges for guidance only and vary by city, clinic, practitioner and protocol. Confirm current pricing with the provider.

What moves the price
01
Depth and acid used

A superficial glycolic peel and a medium trichloroacetic acid peel are different treatments at different prices. Deeper work costs more and carries more downtime.

02
Number of sessions

Superficial peels work as a course. A per session price is only part of the real cost, so ask for the full course figure.

03
Practitioner and clinic

A medically qualified practitioner at a registered clinic usually costs more, and for anything beyond the most superficial peel that experience is worth paying for.

04
City

Prices in major capitals and prestige districts run higher than in regional clinics for the same protocol.

Value versus the cheapest option

The cheapest peel is not a bargain if the acid or strength is wrong for your skin, because the cost of correcting pigment change or scarring far outweighs the saving.

Judge value on the consultation, the practitioner's qualifications, a proper patch test and a clear aftercare plan, not on the headline price alone. A good clinic prices the judgement, not just the solution.

A gentle reminder

This is a medical aesthetic treatment. It is general information, not medical advice. Outcomes vary, and the right answer is sometimes none at all.

We list clinics, we do not sell procedures. Every introduction begins with a private consultation where a qualified practitioner will assess your suitability, explain the real risks, and tell you honestly whether a treatment is right for you.
